- You need 40 grams Margarine
- Provide 40 grams Vegetable oil
- Provide 50 grams White sugar
- Prepare 150 grams Cake flour
- Take 15 grams Cocoa powder
- Use 40 grams Chocolate bar
Steps to make Crispy Chocolate Cookies:
- Chop the chocolate bar. Add margarine, vegetable oil, and white sugar into a bowl, then mix well with a whisk until the mixture becomes white and smooth.
- Sift in the cake flour and cocoa powder into the Step 1 bowl. Blend in with your hands. Bring them together in one. It's a crumbly dough, so it doesn't have to be a complete ball. Do not knead the dough.
