The ingredients needed to cook Enchiladas:
  1. Get 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  2. Get 1 packages tortillias (6 individual)
  3. Prepare 1 lb velveeta cheese
  4. Use 1 can Rotel
  5. Use 1 enchilada sauce (goes on top after its done)
  6. Take 1 packages taco seasoning
  7. You need 1 packages shredded cheese
Instructions to make Enchiladas:
  1. cook the ground beef/chuck
  2. mix in the taco seasoning after meat is done, follow instructions on taco seasoning pack
  3. get a spoon (easier ) and fill in the tortillas with the ground beef, don't put alot, a little goes a long way
  4. fold the tortillas after meat is in it, lay the fold face down, do that for each
  5. the velveeta and rotel should be mixed, just like nacho cheese dip, melt it (note: when microwaved, it needs to be on medium, because on high it will scorch)
  6. pour the melted cheese dip over the tortillas
  7. put as much as you want of shredded cheese on top as well
  8. bake them on 350, 5 minutes or until the shredded cheese has melted
  9. take out of the oven, squirt enchilada sauce on top, and your ready to go
