  1. Prepare 2 salmon filets (skin-on)
  2. Get 1 tsp garlic powder
  3. Take 12 Tbsp butter
  4. Get 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  5. Take 2 lemons
  6. You need 1 tsp kosher salt

  1. Heat non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add oil to cover bottom
  2. Sprinkle salt & pepper on both sides of fish and place skinside down in pan
