- Use 2 lbs Lean ground turkey
- Use 4 C. Fresh spinach, chopped fine

- After they cool completely I portion out to single servings & freeze. I can grab a bag of 4 out of the freezer & they are thawed by lunch. I eat them warm or cold; by themselves; with zucchini noodles; the possibilities are endless!
