  2. Use 100 g frozen quorn mince
  3. You need 50 g quinoa (cooked and drained)

  7. Top with dollops of natural yoghurt, evenly distributed around the dish (these serve to replicate mozzarella). Grate cheddar over the top & season with S&P.
  8. Return to the oven until the cheese melts and begins to turn golden.
  9. Serve with a large salad full of SW speed.
