- Get 1/2 lb Ground turkey
- You need 3 clove Garlic. 2 minced one grated
- Use 2 Onions - One chopped, 1/4 of the other grated
- Get 1 Red bell pepper chopped
- Prepare 6 Fresh chopped mushrooms
- Get 1 Large can of crushed tomatoes
- Provide Salt and pepper
- Take 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- Provide 1 cup Red wine
- Take 1/4 cup Freshly grated parmesean cheese
- Take 1 tsp Rosemary
- Get 1 Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- In a bowl add ground turkey, grated onion, grated garlic, parmesean cheese, rosemary, salt and pepper. Mix with a fork.
