  3. Now take a pan, add butter. Sauté grated garlic and add chopped onions

  5. Remove from the flame, allow it to cool a little. - Once slightly cooled, blend with a hand blender till smooth.
  6. Transfer the prepared broccoli mixture into the same pan, add the milk, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  7. Add the salt and pepper powder mix well and cook on a medium flame for another 1 minute.
  8. Serve the broccoli nutty soup hot garnished with coriander leaves and some almond slivers.
