  1. Get Medium size of Water leaf (washed and sliced)
  2. Get Medium bowl of Ugu (washed and sliced)
  3. You need 1 Kg Beef

  2. Pour water leaf inside the meat pot, add palm oil stir very well and allow to cook- some water will come out from the water leaf
  3. Add the remaining seasoning cubes, pepper and okpeyi and check for salt
