The ingredients needed to cook Peppered catfish:
- Take 1 catfish(wash properly with water, salt and lime)
- Provide 1 string fresh ginger
- You need 3 cloves garlic
- You need 5 pieces big red bell peppers
- Provide 1 Scotch bonnet
- Use 1 big onion
- Prepare 3 seasoning cubes
- Use 5 tbsp vegetables oil
