  1. Prepare 5 1/4 tsp black pepper
  2. Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp table salt
  3. Prepare 5 1/4 tsp seasoned salt

  5. Prepare 5 1/4 tsp onion powder
  6. Use 2 cups flour
  7. Provide 1 can Pabst Blue Ribbon (PBR) beer

  1. Preheat oven to 450
  2. Rinse catfish filets with water
  3. Fill a large bowl or gallon ziploc with beer and soak the catfish for a while (I went with around 20 minutes)
