The ingredients needed to cook Fried Catfish:
  1. Use 12 catfish fillets
  2. Take 1 cup all purpose flour
  3. Use 1 cup cornmeal
  4. Prepare to taste salt & pepper
  5. Provide 1 qt peanut oil

Steps to make Fried Catfish:
  1. Rinse catfish & dab fillets dry with paper towel. In a deep pan heat oil to 350°.
