- Provide 8 slice provolone cheese cut into halves
- Prepare 4 slice deli ham
- Use 1 oz lemon juice
- Use 1 packages Cayenne pepper, red pepper or Cajun seasoning
- Take 1 box aluminum foil

- grill or bake. if baking, preheat oven to 450° F.
- clean and trim chicken breast.
- smooth side up, in the middle of the breast, long ways, cut a straight line half way through the thickness of the breast. DO NOT CUT ALL THE WAY THROUGH.
- butterfly both sides of the chicken so that you may "unfold" the chicken
