- Allow to cool and frost, if desired. These will be very moist, recommend only loosely covering. You may also put crumble on top before baking. If you cannot find pumpkin spice pudding but want these spicey, add 1-2tsp of pumpkin pie spice to your vanilla pudding mix as you add to cake mix.
