- Provide cornstarch, divided

- Take beef broth
- Provide garlic powder
- You need red chili paste or flakes
- Take rib eye, sliced into strips

- Use lightly steamed broccoli florets
- Get onion cut into wedges
- Prepare scallions, sliced
