The ingredients needed to cook Beef 🥩 and Broccoli 🥦:
- You need 2.5 pounds beef flank steak
- Get Vegetable oil for sautéing (enough to coat bottom of pan)
- You need 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- Use Fresh minced garlic (6 cloves)
- Provide 1 onion, sliced
- You need 1/2 cup cooking sherry
- You need 1 can Condensed Tomato Soup
- Provide 1 can beef broth
- You need 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- You need 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Prepare 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- Get 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- Use 1 (12 oz) bag frozen cut broccoli (or larger)

- Rinse and pat dry your steak……
- Slice steak into thin strips….
