  1. You need drained Konjac thin noodles,
  2. Prepare broccoli, cut into bite size pieces,
  3. Prepare cooked chicken pieces,
  4. Get drops dark soy sauce,
  5. Prepare quality sesame oil,
  6. Get sesame seeds,
  7. Take small pinch red chilli flakes,
  8. Provide salt,
  9. Prepare sprays vegetable oil

  1. Boil some water in a kettle and add it to a hot wok, submerge the drained noodles into it along with the broccoli florets and boil for 3-4 minutes.
