  1. Take 2 lb pork loin
  2. Prepare 1 1/4 cups dry white wine
  3. You need 1/4 cup chopped sage
  4. Provide 2 tbsp dry rosemary
  5. Take 5 cloves garlic sliced
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup chicken broth
  7. You need 1/2 cup heavy cream

  1. In a Dutch oven over medium high heat sear the pork loin on all sides.

  6. When sauce is ready slice the pork and top with the herb gravy.
