The ingredients needed to prepare Stir-fried Shirataki and Enoki Mushrooms:
  1. Take packet Shirataki (konnyaku noodles)
  2. Take packet Enoki mushrooms
  3. You need ★Hon-dashi stock granules
  4. You need ★ Umami seasoning
  5. Get ★Sugar
  6. Use to 3 tablespoons ★Soy sauce
  7. Get Vegetable oil
  8. Prepare Salt (for rubbing)
Steps to make Stir-fried Shirataki and Enoki Mushrooms:
  1. Take out the shirataki from the packet and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice the stem of the enoki mushroom and cut in half.
  3. Drain the shirataki from Step 1. Rub with salt, then rinse with water. *Make sure to drain the water well.
  4. Cook the shirataki from Step 3 in a pot. *Do not add oil.
  5. When the water is reduced, add vegetable oil. Add the enoki mushrooms from Step 2 and stir fry.
  6. Add the ★ seasonings and continue to stir fry. Don't worry too much about the moisture that's left over.
