  2. Get 3 pieces Green chilli

  12. Prepare 1/8 cup Corn flour
  13. Take 1/4 cup Milk

  15. Prepare 10-12 Garlic cloves
Steps to make Fish fry:
  1. First of all punch fish pieces with toothpicks.
  2. Now take garlic cloves, ginger,green chilli,coriander and lemon juice in a mixy jar and grind it and make a fine paste.
  3. Now in a bowl take salt,chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,black pepper, yogurt and the paste we prepared earlier and mix all the ingredients well..
  4. Now apply this paste on fish pieces and for marination keep those pieces in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. Now in other bowl take maida,cornflour,milk and turmeric powder and make a thick paste.Add milk gradually to make a thicker paste.
  6. Coat fish with flour paste and fry each side for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
  7. If not properly fried you can fry it for 2-3 more minutes.
  8. Delicious masala fish fry is ready to serve.
