- Prepare 200 gram Rohu fish
- Get 3 pieces Green chilli
- Use 2 tbsp Coriander leaves

- Take 1/4 cup Milk

Steps to make Fish fry:
- First of all punch fish pieces with toothpicks.
- Now take garlic cloves, ginger,green chilli,coriander and lemon juice in a mixy jar and grind it and make a fine paste.
- Now in a bowl take salt,chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,black pepper, yogurt and the paste we prepared earlier and mix all the ingredients well..
- Now apply this paste on fish pieces and for marination keep those pieces in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Now in other bowl take maida,cornflour,milk and turmeric powder and make a thick paste.Add milk gradually to make a thicker paste.
- Coat fish with flour paste and fry each side for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
- If not properly fried you can fry it for 2-3 more minutes.
- Delicious masala fish fry is ready to serve.
