- Provide 8 - Pomfret fish slices
- Prepare 1 tsp - turmeric powder

- For tamarind water soak the tamarind in hot water for 10 minutes and then extract the water separately from the pulp.
- Now add rice flour to the fish masala and mix it well and coat the fish on both sides using masala.
- Marinate the fish for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Add 2-3 tsp oil in a pan and shallow fry the fishes each side for 2 minutes.
- Serve it hot.
