  1. You need 500 gm Fish
  2. You need 2-3 small onions
  3. You need 8-10 curry leaves
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp red chilli powder
  5. You need 2 tbsp roasted coriander seed powder
  6. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Take 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  8. Take 5-6 garlic cloves

  1. Firstly Take the fish and apply some salt to it and keep it for 20 mintutes and then wash it.
  2. Take Onions, curry leaves, chilli powder, turmeric, roasted coriander powder, pepper powder, garlic and thick tamarind paste in a mixture jar and grind them up with pinch of salt.
  3. The paste is ready
  4. Now apply the paste to the fish and keep it aside for a while
  5. Take some coconut oil in a pan and heat it, place the fish on the pan while keeping the flame on low
  6. Turn sides in 3-4 minutes
  7. When fish is done transfer it to plate and garnish it with onions slice and lemon - The fish is ready! Serve it and Enjoy it
