  1. Get 1,5 kg top round beef roast or any other part that you like
  2. Use 2 cups orange juice
  3. Use 1 cup lemon juice
  4. Prepare 100 ml olive oil
  5. Prepare 8 carrots cut into medium-sized pieces
  6. Take 1 tbsp vegetable stock powder
  7. Use 1 tbsp corn starch or 1 packet instant roast meat gravy
