- Prepare chicken pieces
- Provide oil + 1/2 cup oil (divided)
- Prepare yoghurt
- Get tomatoes

- In a pot, add oil. Add sliced onion. Fry until golden brown. Add yoghurt and roast. Add peeled tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Add this mixture to a blender and blend until smooth paste.
- Add oil in a pan. Add all whole garam masala. Add the blended mixture. Cook until colour develops.
- Add water as required. Add in all spices. Add chicken. Cover and let cook until chicken is soft on a low flame.
