- You need Basmati rice (washed and soaked for 1/2 hour)

- In Kadai put Oil when heating put slit green chillies and chopped Onions when it is slightly pink, then put all Veggies and saute it and cover the Kadai for few minutes till it's done, then put all Spices and salt
- Lastly mx with cooked rice and mix with colour (I put green and orange) and garnish with coriander leaves and kasuri methi and serve with Curd, papad and yummy it taste
