  1. Take Green peas (boiled)
  2. You need Onions (sliced)

  5. Now heat oil to the pressure cooker and add cumin seeds, bay leaf, cardamom seeds to it. Let it crackle.
  6. Add tomato puree and cook it for sometime.
  7. Add sliced onions and fry it for some time until the onions turn to golden brown.
  8. Add all the saute vegetables to it and fry it for 1-2 minutes.
  9. Add all the spices to it and mix it well.
  10. Now once the vegetables are cooked add rice to it and mix it all together.
  11. Add 2 cups of water to the rice
  12. Give it 2 whistles.
  13. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
