- Prepare 1 roughly 300 grams Firm tofu
- Use 1 can Canned tuna
- Use 1 Fresh parsley
- Provide 1 Katakuriko (or flour)
- You need 1/2 cube Consomme bouillon

- Roughly break up the firm tofu, lightly blanch it, and drain in a sieve.
