- Steps for Rice Toons dough:-1. Take water in a pan on high flame.Once it starts boiling add salt and mix it. Then slowly add the rice flour by continuously stirring it so that no lumps can be formed.

Then in the center of the marinate bowl keep a heated charcoal and pour 1tsp ghee on the top of it and cover the lid for 15mins to give it a smoky flavor. Which is difficult to get without the tandoor. Then heat a pan. Put the toons on it. Pour some mustard oil on it.
