- Provide 1 1/2 lb Pork Loin
- Provide 12 oz Strawberry Preserves
- Prepare 1/4 cup Orange juice
- Provide 2 jalapeno peppers
- Provide 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Get 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

- Combine preserves, peppers, cider and orange juice in blender. Blend until smooth.
