  1. MAKE CAKE
  2. Preheat oven to 350. Spray bottom and sides of a 9 inch springform pan with bakers,spray. Line bottom of pan with parchment paper, spray parchment with bakers spray

  4. In another large bowl mix melted butter with brown sugar using a rubber spatula until blended
  5. Add the eggs and vanilla and blend in

  8. Pour batter into prepared pan, place pan on foil lined baking sheet and bake about 28 to 34 minutes until a toothpick comes out just clean.   10. Slice strawberries abd puree in food processor or blender
  11. Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla until smooth, beat in strawberry puree
  12. Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form, then add confectioner's sugar and beat just until it holds its shape
  13. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture in 3 additions until just combined
  14. Place cooled cake on work surface. Return sides of sprinform pan on cake and lock
  15. Mound cheesecake into pan on top of cake and smooth it with offset spatula. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before adding cream layer
  16. ADD WHIPPED CREAM TOPPUNG
