- Provide 10 lb Turkey breast; bone-in
- Take 3/4 C honey
- Use 2 T Italian seasoning
- You need 2 T garlic powder
- Get 1 T dried lemon peel seasoning
- Prepare 1 T dried minced onions
- Use 1 T onion powder
- Get 1 t ground celery seed
- Get 6 stalk celery; rough chop
- Provide 6 large onions; large dice
- Use 1 lb baby carrots
- Use 3 cans chicken stock
- Take 1 bundle parsely stems
- Take 1 bay leaf
- Get 1 large pinch kosher salt and black pepper
