The ingredients needed to prepare Turkey Roast:
- Get turkey thawed
- Get butter room temperature
- Provide parsley chopped
- You need garlic minced
- Use lemon zest
- Take Mirepoix
Steps to make Turkey Roast:
- Dry off the turkey with kitchen towels
- Mix the butter, parsley, garlic, lemon zest and season with salt and pepper
