- Get 1 lb ground beef
- Get 3 yellow onion diced
- Get 8 oz mushrooms sliced
- Use 1 bag egg noodles
- Prepare 1/4 cup red wine
- Provide 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Use 1 cup beef broth
- Provide 1/2 cup sour cream
