  2. Prepare 45 mls. Cooking Oil/ Olive Oil
  3. Prepare 500 mls (2 cups) Basmati Rice
  4. Take 420 grams Prawns
  5. Get 420 gram Tin. Pineapple Chunks in Juice

  1. Put Oil and Butter into a Wok or large saucepan and heat gently. Add Rice and stir until golden brown.
