  1. You need lbs ground beef (no particular kind)
  2. Take canned tomato sauce (1 large 28 oz can plus 3/4 of another 28 oz can)
  3. Prepare (1) can drained Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles (28oz)
  4. Provide (2) 16 oz can drained red kidney beans
  5. Provide packages of chili seasoning (1.25 oz of no particular brand)
  6. Get cups cooked rice (optional)
  7. Provide large bag Fritos corn chips (optional)
  8. Prepare cups shredded cheese (optional)
  9. Use container sour cream (optional)
  10. Prepare chopped onion (optional)
Instructions to make Crock Pot Chili:
  1. Brown ground beef until no longer pink, drain fat and put meat into the crock pot.
  2. Dump tomato sauce, tomatoes/chiles, kidney beans, and packages of chili seasoning into crock pot.
