- Provide 4 cups rice

- Wash, fried and drain rice. Set aside.
- Add stock to the pot
- Wash and grind scotch bonnet
- Add scotch bonnet and little oil to the stock and semi fry for 5 minutes
- Wash and slice onions
- Add in the required amount of water that will be enough to cook the rice and let it boil
- Add fried rice together with onions,scallions,curry powder,stock cubes and seasoning powder until almost done,divide it into 3 parts. Add green colour to the first part and continue cooking until soft.
- Add orange colour to the other part and cook
- Add yellow colour to the last part and cook
- Wash and cut carrots
- Mix 3 different coloured rice together with carrots and steam for 3 minutes,serve with roasted potatoes and fried chicken
