  1. Prepare 1 can Chickpeas
  2. Use 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  3. Prepare 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
  4. Get 1 tsp Onion powder
  5. Prepare 1 tsp Grated cheese
  6. Provide 1/4 tsp Salt
  7. Use 1/4 tsp Pepper

  1. Open the can of beans. Wash and drain the beans. Pat them dry and put into a bowl.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F
  3. Add olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix together, coating the beans evenly. Above are the measurements I used but feel free to use more or less. Also you can add other spices if you'd like. I just prefer this combo.
