The ingredients needed to make Super Easy Breakfast French Toasts:
- Get 2 eggs
- Prepare 1 tsp sugar
- Provide 1/2 tsp salt
- Take 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (also called red chilli powder/red pepper)
- Provide 3 slice bread
- You need 1 Oil for frying
Steps to make Super Easy Breakfast French Toasts:
- Take two eggs in a wide bottom plate and add sugar, salt n pepper to it.
- Whisk the eggs so well that sugar n salt are completely dissolved in and it becomes a smooth egg mixture.
- Now put 1 or one and a half tbsp of oil to a frying pan n let it heat for few seconds. Now coat both the sides of the bread slices (one at a time) in the whisked eggs mixture and fry them in pan on normal flame.
- Note: - The eggs will absorb all the oil in the pan so keep adding 1 tbsp oil when u turn the side or fry new slice,but make sure not nore than 1 tbsp oil for 1 side. Or u can just adjust the amount of oil according to ur pan,like if u r using a nonstick pan so bread will not stick to bottom n u'll need very less oil.
- Keep whisking the egg mixture before coating every bread n fry through same procedure. When all done,cut according to ur desired shape n enjoy! :-)
- This is just a basic recipe & u can make plenty of variations to it like u can add a cheese slice b/w two slices n eat as sandwich or cut n eat as mini cheese sandwich bites or sprinkle some cheese on top and microwave or bake till cheese melts n if u dun like pepper u can omit it or u can also omit sugar n red pepper n add just salt n black pepper n it will taste like a normal omlette :) u can make plenty of variations to this basic recipe n enjoy :)
