- Prepare Fresh Milk
- Use 1 pc egg
- Use 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
- Get 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Get 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar

- Melt butter on hot pan on medium low heat. Dont burn it.
- Mix and beat all ingredients except bread and butter.
- Meanwhile, dip your bread into the milk mixture. Depends how fast your bread absorbs, dont let it soak too much or it will get soggy. With the bread I'm using, I let it soak for 1 second each side (yep, that quick)
- Fry your soaked bread on thebpan with melted butter. Flip each side to brown.
