  1. You need 6 thin center cut pork chops
  2. Prepare 1 salt and pepper to taste
  3. Take 1 mcormick garlic and herb seasoning to taste
  4. Provide 2 cup flour, or enough to coat all pork chops.
  5. Prepare 1 bacon grease, enough to cover half the pork chop during frying.

  1. heat grease in large skillet until hot. test with a pinch of flour, if it sizzles its hot enough. :)
  2. meanwhile: wash pork chops, do not pat dry, let drain slightly.

  8. place on a paper towel lined plate or platter to drain.
