- Peel and wash the potatoes. Cover with water and boil till fork tender.
- Get the meatball spices. Spread the meat for the meatballs. Cover the meatballs with the spices.
- Massage the spices into the meat. Now add the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese to the spread out meat.

- When it's bubbling add the meatballs and allow to simmer, stirring occasionally until the meatballs are done and gravy is thickened.
- Rice the potatoes add in the butter, milk, and cheese. Add in the spices and parsley, mix by folding the potatoes until the mixture is incorporated well.
- Add the sour cream and fold well. Add to the plate with a crater in the middle.
