- Prepare meatballs
- Prepare 1 tube of plain sausage meat
- Prepare 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- Take 1 clove garlic - crushed
- Use 1 slice of crusty bread, or fresh toasted bread
- Provide 2 tbsp oregano
- Take sauce
- You need 1 can chopped tomatoes in puree
- Get 3/4 cup boiling water
- Take 1 oxo cube or stock cube
- Provide 2 tbsp cooking cream or creme fraiche

- Mix all ingredients in the meatball section together in a bowl until well combined.
- Break off a chunk of the mixture with your fingers and roll into a ball that's about an inch in size. Put into a lightly oiled pan on a high heat.
