  1. Provide Minced meat
  2. Take Scotch bonnet
  3. Get Red n green bell pepper
  4. Use Onion
  5. You need Garlic n ginger paste

  1. Wash bonnet, onions n peppers thoroughly n set aside.

  6. Whisk egg in a bowl, take ur meat ball n dip inside ur egg then coat with corn flour or bread crumbs n deep fry in a hot oil under low flame.
  7. Strain in a colander n serve with ketchup.
