The ingredients needed to prepare Flipana:
  1. Get 3 cups 7up soda
  2. Prepare 2 cups soya sauce
  3. Prepare 2 cups vinegar
  4. Get 2 cups brown sugar
  5. Prepare 8 thai chili, minced
  6. Use 3/4-1 cup (yes 1 cup) minced garlic
  7. Prepare 2 cups oyster sauce
  8. Prepare 1/3 cup sesame oil
  9. Use 2 tbs black pepper
  10. Get 1 cup ketchup
  11. You need 5-6 pounds pork butt(or pork loin) sliced thin
Steps to make Flipana:
  1. Literally mix everything in a large bowl
  2. Pour marinade over pork. Let marinade 24 hr
  3. BBQ on propane or charcoal grill.
  4. You can skewer the meat (my fave way) or place into Portuguese bun as I have done here and press on panini press 🤤
  5. Freeze the raw marinated pork up to 5 months in ziploc freezer bags
