  1. Take 3 lbs pork (butt or shoulder) cut into one inch pieces
  2. Use 1 sweet onion, diced
  3. Provide 3-4 cloves garlic
  4. Prepare 2 cinnamon sticks
  5. Take 1/2 T cumin
  6. Provide 1/2 T oregano
  7. Prepare 1/2 t chipotle chili powder
  8. Get 1/2 t salt
  9. Get 1/4 t pepper

  1. Place diced onion, garlic and cinnamon sticks in bottom of slow cooker.
