- Prepare 1/2 medium Green pepper
- Use 1/2 medium Onion
- Prepare 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- You need 2 cup Rice
- Get 3 Eggs
- Take 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- Prepare 1 1/2 cup Mozz cheese
- Provide 1 Vegtable Oil

- Cook Rice fully as directed on box
- When rice is cooked mix one egg, the parmesan cheese, mozz cheese, the chopped peppers and onions in with rice
- Let cool
- Fill pan with vegtable oil about four inches deep and heat
- When rice has cooled, make the rice into balls
- Whisk the last two eggs in seperate bowl. Then put bread crumbs in another seperate bowl
- Dip rice ball in the eggs, then dip it in the bread crumbs, then put in vegtable oil
