  1. For Noodles….Take a Pan..Add water and few drops of oil and pinch of salt..Boil the water and Add noodles and boil noodles
  2. When the noodles r cooked 90% remove them and strain them and keep them aside in a plate….
  3. Now take a pan..Add oil and heat the oil, Add garlic.saute well…Add spring onion and Add Salt, Blackpepper..mix all well
  4. Now add sauces,, Add tomato ketcup and green chilli sauce…mix all well
  5. Then add noodles and add vinegar and mix well and toss well…cook for 2 minutes
  6. Garnish with spring onion 🍜
  7. Now for making chilli chicken
  8. Take a bowl,, Add chicken pieces and add maida, salt,blackpepper and mix all well and fry them in oil
  9. Remove them from oil and keep them in plate
  10. Now take a pan..Add oil..heat the oil, Add ginger garlic paste….mix well
  11. Add Capsicum and onions and stir well
  12. Add red chilli sauce and green chiili sauce, vinegar and soya sauce and tonato ketcup and mix well
  13. Add salt and blackpepper and mix all well
  14. Now add the fried chicken..mix all well and Add cornflour slurry into chicken m cook well
  15. Chicken gravy will get thick..Turn off the flame
  16. Add spring onions over them
  17. Serve Hott with noodles
