  2. Get 300 g (10.58 oz) Tofu *semi-firm
  3. You need 400 g (14.10 oz) Water chestnut
  4. Provide 200 g (7.05 oz) Onion
  5. Provide 200 g (7.05 oz) Boiled squid
  6. Prepare 5 packs Shumai / Gyoza dumpling sheets *phyllo dough
  7. Take 4 tbsp Japanese sake *rice wine
  8. Get 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  9. Provide 2 tbsp Potato starch
  10. Provide 1.5 tbsp Chinese soup base powder

  21. Cover the top with a wrap and then place the steamer's lid to enclose the steam inside the container.
