- You need 1 10-12 oz sirloin for two to share
- You need salt, pepper and a drop of oil for frying
- Get 2-3 large peppers
- Use 1 large red onion
- Provide 1 courgette

- You need 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
- You need 3 tsp balsamic vinegar
