- Take 1 Bison Steak (suggested: Ribeye, Flank, Flat Iron)
- Provide 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- Get Black olives, sliced
- Take 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- Provide 2-3 tomatoes, sliced
- You need 1 head Chopped romaine lettuce
- Get Feta cheese
