- Take 6 large portobello mushrooms
- Use 1 lb italian sausage
- Prepare 1 medium onion, diced
- Provide 1/2 cup chopped zucchini
- Provide 4 medium cloves garlic, minced
- Take 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Prepare 1/4 cup shredded fresh parmesan
- Prepare 1/2 tsp garlic salt

- Fill mushrooms with sausage mixture and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
